 S&U PPK - Process pump
The horizontal process pump of the PPK series is an advanced high performance product, meeting all requirements of the API 674 standard. lt can produce high and ultra-high pressures for a broad spectrum of pumping media.

   S&U BT - Bentonite pump
  The S&U bentonite pump BT is a compact high-performance pump for bentonite suspension as a drilling fluid for horizontal drilling. We use a plunger without a stuffing box, so that the plunger is completely maintenance-free.

Technical description
The S&U Triplex Process Pump model PPK 200 features a modern weldment design with horizontal cut. Four crankshaft bearings are managing a piston thrust of max. 200 kN when operating the pump with its max. input power of 450kW. A suitable design of the liquid end enables waterlike, low viscous and even abrasive fluids being pumped with temperatures of up to 400℃ at various applications within the chemi- cal and petrochemical industries and for general process demands. The selection of the pump will be made according to EN 809, EN ISO 16330 and EN ISO 13710 which is including the new standard API 674, 3rd edition 809, EN ISO 16330 bzw EN ISO 13710, den neuen API-Standard 674/3 einschließend.

Technical description
The industrial pump model S&U PPW 200 is a compact high performance pump, rated for the mean Pressure range with a maximum working pressure of 500 bar. Liquids to be pumped are water and water emulsions. The pump is operating in descaling and chemical plants, within process units and as prime mover of forging presses.

Technical description
The mud-pump model S&U BT 4045 is a compact triplex-high-performance-pump rated for a maximum operating pressure of 330 bars. Liquids pumped are suspensions of bentonite and flushing
fluids in the deep drilling business. For displacer a piston without stuffing box is used that needs no main- tenance during operation. The valves and the piston-units are of cartridge-type ones, suitable for easy and quick exchange. The pump is being operated at construction sites and for drilling and deep drilling purposes, while bentonite-suspensions mainly are used at horizontal drilling rojects.

Technical description
The high pressure pump model S&U Hydrotec 400/4 is a Triplex-Plunger-Pump rated for a maximum
working pressure of 1,500 bar. Liquid to be pumped is water with a temperature of max. 60℃, other flu-
ids to be pumped on request. Due to both electrical and combustion drives and in line with various set-up
variants operation of the pump is possible in near all industrial branches like petrochemicals, chemicals,
construction sites, automotive, steel, shipyards and so forth.
